	A passport should be valid for at least six months and have 2 blank pages facing each other
	Four Passport size photos with white background
	Recent vaccination card for meningitis
	European passport holders must provide proof of residency in the UK
	Foreign passport holders must have a valid resident permit in the UK
	Female applicants should accompany mahram
